- [Instructor] Trying to find a time to meet with someone can be frustrating because our schedules often don't match up and we end up playing phone or email tag. Well, your Google Calendar can help with this by allowing you to set up appointment schedules that people can then book or sign up for. Now I do want to note that at the time of this recording, appointment schedules are only available for premium individual accounts or paid work or school accounts. If you think you should have access to this and don't, please talk to your system administrator. If you do have access, here's how you can use it. First I want to navigate to the top left of my Google Calendar and click on the Create button. Now from here at the bottom, I have an option for Appointment schedules. I'm going to click on that. When I do, it brings up this Bookable Appointment Schedules and I can title it. Here I'm going to put in my name and meetings, 'cause I want people to be able to book meetings with me. I can…
