Work with files that are shared with you
- [Instructor] This video is all about working with files and finding files that other people have shared with you. In a previous video, I showed you how you can invite somebody to share your file and send a message by email. Well, this is what the other end of that email looks like. I'm in Gmail right now, and here's an email that tells me that somebody has shared an Excel file with me. If I click to open the email itself, this is what it looks like. Here's a special note that it looks like Amy has left for me, and here's the document. I can click the blue open button, and it's going to take me directly to that file. It's opened it in Google Sheets, and I can even zoom out to get a better look. I can close out of this at any time by closing the browser tab. From here, it's okay if I delete this email. I don't need it. If I ever need to find that file, I can go back to Google Drive. It's over here on the left hand…
