- [Instructor] Google Drive and Docs have excellent file sharing capabilities. You can share a file with another Google Apps user to collaborate in real time or you can send a link to a file with anyone to view or download regardless of whether they have a Google account or not. Right-click your file, and I can even right-click it right in this Suggested view and click Share. This is going to bring up the Share dialogue box. The first thing you can do is customize who can access your doc via a link. Because I'm using a Google Workspace account, right now it's defaulted to restricted. That means only people specifically added here can open the doc with a link. I can click this dropdown. Now, there's some options. I can choose to be shared with my company only.
