- [Instructor] I want to take a minute to explain the preview light box in Google Drive. When you double click on a file that's not a Google Doc, for example, this PDF file here, you'll get a beautiful light box preview of your file. There's a few things you can do in the light box. You can scroll through your document using the mouse. You can also navigate through your files in the folder by clicking the left and the right arrows. At the top of the screen, you can click the down arrow next to open with Google Docs to find some third-party apps that work with Google Drive. All the way to the right, you can add comments to the file, print it, download it and click the three dots for some more actions that you can do, such as moving it to another folder, adding a star, or renaming it.
