- [Instructor] You'll find in time that you'll need to delete a file within Google Drive. To delete it, you can either click once on the file and click the trashcan icon at the top of the screen or right click on the file and click remove. Click the blue move to trash button and the file will be sent to the trash. You can instantly bring it back if you need to by clicking Undo on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. The file will be put back. It's important to note that that undo button won't hang around for more than a few moments. Let's do this one more time except this time I'm going to keep it in the trash. To view all of your deleted files click trash on the left-hand side. These files will be here for 30 days. You can restore a file if you need to get it back again by right clicking and choosing Restore. It will put the file back exactly where it was when you deleted it, and if you can't remember where…
