Generative AI systems have the ability to be creative. What this means is that the AI can produce brand-new content for us, everything from written documents, software code, images, and more. It's like having the ultimate content creator right here on your team. Let's take a closer look at how this can translate into business value. A generative AI model is trained on data that acts as the basis for which it creates new content. For example, let's revisit the automated RPA solution we described in Video 2 from Chapter 4.
