In order to do this I'm going to employ the use of what we call helper columns. I could do these calculations all in one big monster formula, but then that can be hard to build. It can be hard to troubleshoot or modify if you want to do that later. So let's use some helper columns and now watch. First of all, we need to get the difference of the times, and then we're going to have to convert it into decimals, and then the nearest 15 minutes and enter.
