In this movie, I will show you how I would build a worksheet and solver model to minimize transportation costs in the transshipment scenario that I provided. my sample file is 05_04_Transshipment, and you can find it in the chapter five folder of the exercise files collection. I've already described transshipment problems in general in chapter two. So I'll go ahead and start solving here. In a transshipment problem where there are three layers with an origination and then something in the middle, like a distribution center, which then sends items on to customers, we will have inbound transport and outbound transport.
