Quickly insert multiple rows and columns
“
- [Narrator] You can quickly insert rows and columns in Excel. To insert a row, click the number of the row that you want to appear below the new row. Right-click your mouse and choose Insert, and the new row will be inserted directly above the currently selected row. Insert multiple rows by clicking and dragging to select the total number of rows you want to insert. Right-click anywhere in that selection and choose Insert. This method works for columns as well. Lastly, you can delete multiple rows or columns using a right-click too.
