I'm in the 02_03_Begin Excel file. Now what we have here is an annual month by month cash flow forecast and net income forecast as well for a quick service restaurant location. So we have with this restaurant, and you can think about something like a Panera or a Chipotle as we're going through this, a restaurant similar to that, let's say, we have 180 customers per day, on weekends that rises by 50%, so 270 customers, and the average customer spend on a meal is $16. The cost associated with operating this location, it's 3,500 square feet, the annual rent is $25 per square foot. The cost for the wholesale ingredients in the meal are about $3. There's nine employees. The restaurant is open 77 hours per week, that's 11 hours a day, and each employee's paid $15, and this excludes the manager. So we can use Excel…
