According to the United Nations, roughly 15 percent of the world’s population is dyslexic. That’s one billion dyslexic thinkers living and working around the globe. While many people would characterize this as a setback, especially when it comes to work, it’s critically important to realign your perspective and recognize the unique gifts of dyslexic thinking in the workplace.

In this course, join Kate Griggs, best-author and the founder and CEO of Made By Dyslexia, as she explores why dyslexic thinking is a superpower and a key skill for the future of work.     I really liked the video. I have been working for 40 years; I have always tried to hide my dyslexia because I have never heard that it could be considered an asset.

    The esperience was postive... I wish this thinking concept was around 40 years ago. Yes, I would recommend it to other especially the HR departments in the Civil Service - they could learn something relevant.
