How to collect and organize your elearning content
- Before you jump in and start developing your e-learning course, you need to collect and organize the content you want to include. Now how you go about doing this depends on the topic of your e-learning course. But in my experience, there are four surefire ways that work best. First, spend some time talking to your subject matter experts. They're the ones who will be able to provide you the most detailed information. Second, spend some time talking with those employees who have already mastered the knowledge, tasks, or behaviors you're teaching.
