In order for us to build customer centric applications that can help improve our customer relationships, we need to make sure we design those applications correctly and that we support our online presence with the correct communication and marketing. To achieve this, we need insight into the existing customers we want to support and retain, and the new customers we want to reach and then also retain. We get this insight by collecting customer data and using it to train our predictive AI system. Here are some examples of what the system can do for us. Perhaps the most popular customer- centric analysis is customer churn prediction, where we focus the predictive AI systems attention solely on trying to identify which of our customers are most likely to churn.
