So far in this chapter, we've covered how generative AI can contribute to workflow optimization and the design and creation of corresponding new digital automation solutions. This next video highlights how generative AI can be used specifically to make customer- centricity improvements throughout those processes and beyond. At a basic level, generative AI can produce new user interface designs and related communication content. It can further create a series of design variations for rapid prototyping, to allow UI designers to consider a range of options, and to also collect feedback from user test groups so as to improve customer experiences, add relationship value actions, and enhance overall customer journey maps.
