- You've probably watched thousands and thousands of hours of video. From television to websites to home movies, video-based content seems to be everywhere. But you've probably never stopped to think about the different kinds of video that can be shot for training. Let's take a few moments and consider the elements of video you might want to shoot. First is the how-to video. I needed to change a shower head in my bathroom a few years ago and I pulled up a step-by-step video.
