- [Instructor] Let's explore optimizing a print with MakerBot Print. I want to take some time to specifically point out where some of the print variables that we've been talking about are and how to change them. First, let's deal with support and build plate adhesion. Go up to the file folder to bring up the Project panel, and then choose Add Models. And choose Optimize1 from the Exercise Files folder, and choose Open. Can click on that file folder again to close the Project panel. Then let's go to the Print Settings, and choose Custom Settings. First, I'm going to look at Supports and Bridging. Now, we have two ways to deal with custom print variables here. We can change whether they are hidden or shown in our standard Print Settings, or we can just change these variables in this dialog box. So let's turn on Support, first of all.
