You interact with Copilot directly within your communications or files to perform tasks such as generating content, rewriting content, summarizing content, or performing analyses of data. The instruction or question is known as a prompt and it can be written as a natural language question or instruction. Just like you might ask or instruct me, you can ask or instruct Copilot. For example, you ask, "Create a communication plan for the Red30 Tech Conference Project." Copilot analyzes the content and returns a newly crafted document. The quality of the response that you get from Copilot depends on how detailed your question or instruction is. You want to make sure that you ground your instruction or question with all the necessary details to get a more accurate response from Copilot.
