But how do you turn that information into useful insights? Developing insights goes beyond data gathering. It's about impact and implications. It's where the real strategic thinking comes in. Because you're not just conveying, for example, that your customers aren't renewing their subscriptions or that turnover in R and D is increasing. You're pushing your thinking further to generate a hypothesis as to why, or identifying if it's a pattern, and determining its implications. There are a few ways to coach your team to develop more and better insights. First, through your daily interactions with your team.
