- [Instructor] An interesting trend I've seen around ingest and processing of streaming is open-source projects that are turning into commercial companies. So one that I've been examining lately is called MLeap. This is the open-source library. And this was built by engineers at the company TrueCar and now they've gone out and they've open sourced this and I've think they've started a commercial company as of this recording as well. So I've an open-source version of MLeap and a commercial version. So the idea is that you augment what Spark can do and in this case, they're augmenting not only around Spark's capabilities. In their case, they're doing dynamic machine learning model creation, but they've also added some libraries that allow you to take Spark models that you've created in development and more quickly and easily and really almost dynamically deploy them into production.
