Today, I have a really quick, little workout for you that you're going to complete while you're seated in your chair. So what I want you to do is take off your shoes so that your feet are flat on the floor. And you're going to adjust the height of your seat so that your feet sit flat on the floor and your thighs are in contact feet flat on the floor and hands just, fingertips resting on the desk.
