- Hi, Jim Rogers here with Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. So, last week I was giving a presentation, and I was using Bluebeam projected up on a screen to go through a set of construction drawings, similar to this one, and we were looking at the floor plan and trying to take a look at anything that might pose some safety issues during the course of the next weeks operations. When I was all done, I asked if anybody had any questions, and the first question I got was, hey, how are you moving so effortlessly through this set of drawings, panning around and zooming in and out, all without selecting another tool down here at the bottom of the screen? Well I thought that was a pretty valid question. And the answer is really simple, but I haven't really found anything in the Bluebeam instructions that tell you this.
