- [Instructor] Let's analyze the organizational structure necessary to configure a more complex environment. First up, we have AWS Organizations. You can see a workflow here where you can centrally govern your environment as you grow and scale workloads. You can create an account, add accounts, group things together. So it could be, for example, data science team, software development team. You divide those up. You have policies and these policies can control things like permission boundaries. Finally, you enable these services. So in a nutshell, here's an organizational diagram here of OUs and you can see that you're able to manage accounts at the organization root and you can create policies at the root. You can enable cross-account services. And these are just a few of the things that you can do and those apply down to these OUs.
