- [Instructor] Now that we've created our dimension style and set it as the current dimension style in our drawing we did that in the last video. We're going to continue working in the metal plate 002.dwg file, placing some dimension annotation. Now I'm going to be working from the annotate tab on the ribbon. The reason being is I can control most things involving my dimension annotation there. So I can check here my dimension style which should be training ano that one there. I can also use my dim layer override to make sure I'm on the right layer, which is dimensions. I've also got all of my dimensioning tools handy here as well. So what I'm going to do now is place some very simple dimensions on the drawing. We're going to zoom in on the section view and the side view first. So let's get those zoomed in a little bit. So I'll just come into the drawing area pan and zoom a little. There we go, that's nice and easy.…
