Replace a picture
- [Instructor] When you're working with images, there may be times when you need to swap out an existing image with a new one. For example, on this slide, let's say we wanted to use a different image for this one we have here in the middle. If we deleted this image and inserted a new one, we'd have to reapply all of the formatting, states, animations, triggers, and anything else that we've already added to this image. Instead of doing all that work, we can right click on the image and navigate to replace picture, and select this option here to replace picture from file. And in this example, let's select this new image and click open. And as we can see, we've swapped out the old image with this new one, and it's kept all of the effects, triggers, and other options we've already applied. So that's how you can quickly and easily replace a picture in articulate storyline.
