- [Instructor] When working with slide layers, you can apply slide transitions to add an animated effect when your slide layers are revealed. Let me show you how. We have the slide here with these images that, when clicked, reveal one of these slide layers here. To apply a slide transition to the slide layer, click on the Transitions tab in the ribbon and select a slide transition. In this case, we'll select this Cover slide transition. And that's it. If we preview our slide, we can see that when we show one of our slide layers, it now animates in. And that's how you can apply slide transitions to slide layers in Articulate Storyline.
