Add alt text to objects
- [Instructor] When you're creating accessible eLearning, it's important to add alternative text to your objects, especially your images and graphics. Let me show you how. We have this image here and to add alt text, we'll simple right-click and select the option for accessibility, which will open a new window. And here's where we can add our alt text. When adding alt text, it's important to provide enough detail to convey the meaning behind the image. In this case, we'll add alt text that states a design consultant and a customer reviewing a remodel proposal on a laptop in the design center. Okay, so now that we've added our alt text, we'll click the close button. And now when a learner interacts with our course, using a screen reader, they'll be provided our alt text. And that's one way you can create accessible eLearning with alt text in Storyline.
