Hi, my name is Noah Gift, and I'm the founder of Pragmatic AI Labs and also an adjunct professor at many of the top universities in the world. Let's talk through this particular course, which is AI Engineering. It's a topic I've taught at many universities, and I also practice myself. And what's very fun about this particular set of examples is that it teaches you both how to use the cloud; so how do you use foundation models and some real starter code that you can take a look at, as well as local code with local models. We see that there's a trend towards using some resources in the cloud using foundation model APIs, but also really exploring these local models, and how do you use both at the same time and also how can you orchestrate with serverless.
