- [Instructor] When you manage agile projects with Microsoft Project, setting a few project options can make your work easier. We're going to start by creating a blank project. Now, I'm using Project Online Desktop Client. So, I actually have built-in agile features, but I'm not going to use them for this part of the course. We're going to click the regular Blank Project button. Our first step is to set the start date for our project. Go to the Project tab and click Project Information. Then, in the Start date box, click the down arrow and go to the date you want, which is November 8th. Now, let's go to the File tab. And, at the bottom, click Options. The first category you want to go to is Schedule and look for the scheduling options for this project section. The first box underneath is New tasks created and it's set to auto scheduled, which is what we want. So, leave that the way it is. Then, go down to Default task type.…
