- [Instructor] After your initial planning, an agile team mostly focuses on the sprint at hand. However, you can build something that's part schedule and part product roadmap with project 2019 tools. So let's head to the view tab. I'm going to start by turning off the details checkbox over in the split view section. And then on the left side of the ribbon, click the bottom half of the Gantt chart button and choose Gantt chart. Now I know I'm going to need more room in the table, so I'm going to narrow these columns for some of the fields in the table. And I'm going to need the sprint number fields, so let's click add new column while we're at it and add sprint numb, which is the custom field that we created. Now, I'm going to start setting up some tasks to build my schedule. Select the task name cell in the first blank row. Then, go to the task tab and in the insert section, click the icon to insert a summary task.…
