- [Instructor] During sprint planning, the team decides who's going to work on which features. In Microsoft Project, you don't have to assign resources to feature tasks. One reason to do that though, is when you want to track burn down for work hours. So, let's assign resources to the features we added to sprints 1 and 2. I'm going to do that directly in the table. So, I'm going to go to the resource name cell for the first feature, Capture sales forecast. And I'm going to assign myself to that feature. Then, for the other feature, Translate sales forecasts, I'm going to assign Angie, and let's go ahead to Sprint 2, and do the same thing, and assign me to the first one, and Angie to the second one. Next, I'm going to change the duration to 10 days. These are three point features, so those are going to take the full duration of the sprint.
