- [Instructor] So we saw at the end of our last video that we created a basic project. But we don't want to be basic, we want to be excellent. So let's just go and click on this Azure DevOps icon here and it's going to give us an opportunity to create a new project. So click the blue New project button, and we can see here under Advanced, you click on Advanced, there's a little dropdown here that says Work item process. And so you have Agile, Basic, CMMI, and Scrum. So if you look at these different work item processes, it can be a little confusing. So what I did is I included a link here so we can go right to Microsoft's website and maybe they can explain to us a little bit of difference between these processes. So here's the choose a process link. And it's going to tell us a little bit about Basic, Agile, Scrum, and CMMI.
