So requirements are gathered from stakeholders. To build a useful database, we need to understand what stakeholders, and that is the iMedia team, expect and require from the database. Now, this takes place in the form of interviews and questionnaires. Interviews are conducted with key stakeholders to gather their needs and expectations. Questionnaires are also used to make sure that all of the important aspects are covered.
