Popular opensource options include: scikit-learn, or Keras for Python, or R. All of these have good courses in the library. There's numerous other options, including predictive analytics workbenches. There's no shortage of software options to build ensembles. Finally, it's really time to get out there and try it. Find a project at work that would benefit from this approach, or maybe even try a data mining competition just for practice. The best way to learn is to apply it apply it to a real world problem. to a real-world problem.
