Wholesale Sales Representative
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Sales Representatives with a strong background in wholesale and freight forwarding, specifically within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, and the ability to manage and grow relationships with key customers across Latin America.

Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LATAM region, focusing on wholesale and freight forwarding customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM wholesale and freight forwarding clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication.
- Regularly follow up on customer orders, inquiries, and requests.
What Success Looks Like:
- Increased Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain high customer retention rates by delivering exceptional service and regularly engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Effective Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of LATAM customers.
- Market Expansion: Successfully penetrate new markets in the LATAM region, increasing the company’s presence and establishing strong client partnerships in key areas.
- Customer Feedback: Receive positive feedback from clients regarding response times, communication, and issue resolution.
- Efficiency in Sales Process: Demonstrate effective management of the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and closing deals within the expected time frame.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in wholesale and freight forwarding within the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in the context of wholesale and international shipping.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
