The estimated salary range for this role is $190,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually.

Define data and analytics vision, strategy and associated practices. Lead the creation (and assure the ongoing relevance) of the organization’s data and analytics strategy

Institute an enterprise operating model for data and analytics that is consistent with the capabilities and competencies required to execute the strategy

Foster the creation of a data-driven culture, related competencies and data literacy across the enterprise. Lead these transformation efforts by developing D&A talent and maturing the capability of the organization

Oversee delivery models, methods and practices for creation of data products and to ensure consistent application and use of data and analytics solutions

Lead data-driven innovation for the enterprise, including investigation, adoption and exploitation of artificial intelligence

Expand the organization’s research and analytics offerings, especially in emerging analytical approaches, skills and technologies, focusing on accelerating digital business innovation and transformation

Lead research, strategy creation, and development of new data products or services to expand markets, monetize data (directly and indirectly) and impact enterprise profitability

Plan, build, and maintain an Enterprise Data Warehouse (with foundational capabilities such Data Governance, Data Security, Data Marts, etc) and orchestrate the ingestion of various SORs to build a comprehensive data solution (including the appropriate operating model, and analytics capabilities)

Prepare the enterprise to support the upcoming Open Banking Initiative as mandated by Regulators

Support the growing demands of data reporting from various regulatory bodies (NCUA, CFPB, etc)

Develop and manage the EDAO operating budget along with planning and controlling operating expenses and capital project costs

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and overall excellence within EDAO. Lead and mentor employees to provide direction, training, and support to accomplish results in accordance with personnel policies and procedures.

Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field

Experience

Required

10 years: Substantial experience in Data, with successful experience leading and directing major, complex projects.?Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
