Videographer/Photographer

We are looking for an experienced Videographer/Photographer to support and optimize our organization's digital marketing programs. The Videographer/Photographer will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video and photo content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our audience. You will be responsible for capturing compelling footage, editing it into polished videos, and managing our digital assets.

Duties will include; Shoot high-quality video and photos, ensuring proper lighting, scene composition, and background selection. Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding special effects, graphics, and closed captioning as needed. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting. Work closely with a creative team to develop video concepts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Develop engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications. Organize and manage video and photo files and assets in a cloud-based storage system. Meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to market opportunities. Effectively communicate ideas and thoughts and interact with a variety of people.

Qualifications:

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Ability to work well with multiple teams on multiple projects
• Proficiency in current video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Understanding of pre- and post-production video techniques
• Eye-catching portfolio demonstrating professional shooting experience

Content Creator Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Content Production, and Video editing.
• Advanced Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve Editing Software.
• Advanced Knowledge of AI Editing Programs.
• Highly organized.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Hybrid work schedule negotiable (Office vs. Home).

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred but not required)

Experience:

• Digital marketing experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Video filming & editing experience: 2 - 3 years
• Photography experience: 2 - 3 years
• Previous work in an office or corporate environment (Preferred)
