Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and growth initiatives for the company. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in business development and experience in the soft textiles industry, specifically in bedding and bath products. The successful candidate conduct market research, develop key customer relationships, and provide strategic direction to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

The successful candidate conduct market research, develop key customer relationships, and provide strategic direction to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the soft textiles industry
- Oversee the quoting process and ensure competitive pricing strategies are in place
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Engage in full cycle sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
- 3+ years of experience as a sales professional with a proven track record of success
- Strong background in business development, particularly in the soft textiles industry
- Experience with bedding and bath products is highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance
- Existing relationships with Department Stores is a plus.
- Competitive Salary - $90k - $110k + Commissions
