Tour Manager Europe

We are looking for experienced local Tour Managers for Spain, Portugal, Scotland, and England for the upcoming 2025 season.

**Educational Travel Adventures** is a tour operator based in New Jersey and is seeking freelance European Tour Managers to accompany our groups from arrival to departure. While most of our tours are designed for students, we occasionally have tours for adults as well. Our Tour Managers lead groups over several days, visiting multiple destinations and staying with the group throughout the entire tour. Most of our tours are 7 to 10 days.

As a Tour Manager, you will share your passion for storytelling and serve as a cultural ambassador, bringing enthusiasm and a deep understanding of local history and culture to the experience. This role is not just about leading tours but about representing and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the destinations. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will coordinate with your coach driver, confirm arrangements with local vendors, and ensure the safety and comfort of the group.

Communication is another crucial skill, as you will need to convey information to diverse groups, ensuring that everyone remains engaged and entertained. Being adaptable and resourceful is important when handling unexpected challenges, allowing you to turn them into opportunities that enhance the overall experience.
