Job Overview:

We are seeking a Drone Systems Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct thorough testing of various drone systems in diverse environments to ensure they meet performance and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically capable, and collaborative, working closely with engineers to address any challenges during the testing process. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on different types of drone systems in various environments to evaluate their performance.
• Assess whether systems meet required standards and specifications.
• Document test results and share findings with the team for analysis and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
• Travel to testing sites to support field testing activities.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in testing systems or equipment (drone testing experience is a significant plus).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and explain system functionality.
• Familiarity with government standards is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment and willing to dive into complex systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with engineers and other specialists.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying testing timelines and urgent needs.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active security clearance or eligibility for security clearance is required.
