Technical Recruiter - Software / IT

Currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for a global leader in technology, innovation, and consumer electronics, specializing in smartphones, wearables, semiconductors, and digital health solutions.

This is an onsite position in Mountain View, CA --- W2 only, No C2C engagements entertained – 3 month to start with likely extension(s).

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, supporting software-focused hiring across multiple teams, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning (ML), AI, Product Management, and Technical Program Management (TPM).

This is a hands-on, full-desk recruiting role that requires technical sourcing, offer negotiation, and direct engagement with hiring managers—from Lab Leaders to Senior VPs.

What You'll Do:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the hiring process from intake meetings to candidate onboarding approvals
• Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other tools to identify top technical talent
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Work directly with software engineering leaders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and transparent hiring journey
• Offer Negotiation: Partner with hiring managers to create competitive offer packages
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights
• Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment workflows and drive efficiency

What We're Looking For:

? Experience: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment (previous software related company & searches required)

? Tech Company Background: Experience recruiting for software startups, big tech, and/or software organizations.

? Hands-On Sourcing & Recruiting: Deep expertise in software engineering, AI/ML, and product management related.

? Strong Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leaders and navigate complex hiring needs

? Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)

? Agile & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

? Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
