POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Management Intern to join our team and assist in managing critical projects across the organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting our District Heating & Cooling (DHC) group in key projects. The Supply Chain Management Intern will support the coordination and execution of material purchases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
DURATION AND COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time internship position lasting 10 weeks, commencing on / around Monday, June 2 nd , and ending on / around Friday, August 8 th . Interviews will be held in late February, early March. The successful candidate is expected to be available for the duration of the internship.
The internship is paid, and compensation will be competitive and commensurate with education and experience.

BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 5 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other office equipment as the position requires. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must handle diverse work problems on a daily basis. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position may require working outside of standard business hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Beginner or Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively navigate organizational interdependencies and build relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, work within ambiguity, and successfully managed unresolved situations, frequent change, or unexpected events.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop and track metrics, use data to solve problems, and create compelling narratives.
