As a Sr. Customer Service Representative at Pacific Premier Bank, you will contribute significantly to
the success of the branch by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will listen actively to
clients' concerns and inquiries and respond quickly in a helpful and empathetic manner to build longlasting relationships with clients. A Sr. Customer Service Representative is a key role for our clients
and prospects and is often the first point of contact for those who visit the branch. Whether it is to
perform a transaction or inquire about banking products and services, a Sr. Customer Service
Representative is there to help get to the right place!

Qualifications
6+ months Banking experience including Bank Teller and Customer Service
Sales experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma/GED preferred
Horizon Or Horizon Teller Systems Experience Preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team
environment while quickly and accurately learning products, services, and procedures.
Able to actively listen and convey information to other team members effectively and with a sense of urgency.
Handles difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
Takes a proactive approach to learning bank products and services, policy and procedures.
Cash handling experience.

- Responsible for performing a broad range of transactions and assigned tasks
- Ensures a high level of delivery in line with the Bank’s Client Service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other Bank Transactions
serving as the first line of defense from a risk management perspective
- Balance and maintain cash drawer in accordance with branch
- Proactively respond to incoming calls and serves as a customer
- Develop and maintain knowledge of and adhere to all regulatory,
- Performs account maintenance in accordance with establish bank
- Responsible for reviewing and verifying daily reports assigned by Branch

Expand Relationships
- Open consumer and business accounts in accordance with established
- Has strong knowledge of the various bank deposit products and services in
- Uncover cross-sell opportunities internally and with partners through needsbased conversations
- Meet assigned goals as assigned by branch management
- Create basic leads list for other internal partners
