Spec PC Systems II | ITS Network |8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM M-F

Overview

Reports to the PC System Support Manager. The PC Systems Specialist ? Level 2 must have a clear understanding of systems functionality and/or departmental processes as they relate to the supported system/application(s). Strong technical, organizational and communication skills are required for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, peripheral and software application issues. May be responsible for leading multiple phases of a project. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member in a solution-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Preferred Education: Associate?s Degree in an applicable field and MCP certification. Necessary Skills: 1. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. 2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. 3. Must have strong understanding/experience relative to PC's. Required Experience: Two to four (2-4) years? experience in an applicable technical field. Working knowledge of PC hardware and software. Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Technical certification(s) Preferred Experience: N/A
