About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cosmetic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in both our Chino Hills and Irvine locations. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong background in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and at the highest quality.
• Manage and lead a team of estheticians, therapists, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase client retention, attract new clients, and maximize spa revenue.
• Ensure compliance with spa protocols, health regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and supplies, ensuring timely reordering and proper storage.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal client flow and staff utilization.
• Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to promote services and products.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Manage the spa’s budget, control operational costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Prepare and present reports on spa performance, including sales, client retention, and staff productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and emerging technologies in the cosmetic and wellness space.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a cosmetic or medical spa environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in spa management software and appointment scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and treatments in the cosmetic and wellness industry.
• Locations: Willingness to travel between Chino Hills and Irvine locations as needed.
