Senior Manager, Analytics

The purpose of the Senior Manager, Analytics is to provide tools to help clients make business decisions including the following examples: how they shape their surgery center or medical practice, whether they acquire/transition/add providers and ancillary services. Provide analytical and auditing support to Account Managers and clients. Provide excellent client service assistance and manage escalated client inquiries and audits. Manage accounting responsibilities including bill pay, bookkeeping and payroll administration.

Position Duties:

• Responsible for creating financial projections for various strategic scenarios
• Utilize Vital BI (internal business reporting tool) to perform analysis
• Partner with programmers to improve efficiency and metrics used for Vital BI
• Provide direction, support and accountability to team in relation to deliverables
• Understand and supervise all Monthly Reporting and analytics for clients
• Ownership and responsibility for all reporting and analysis
• Oversee all bookkeeping services provided to clients, including: AP, payroll, cash management
• Measure financial performance against budget
• Communicate regularly with the VP and SVP
• Manage workload including communication with team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are in place
• Management and supervision of Accounting and Analytics ensuring the team is meeting and tracking deliverables in Zoho

Requirements

• Critical thinking and excellent auditing/analysis skills
• Strong written communication skills and verbal skills are required to interpret data and communicate findings
• Understanding of financial flow, accounting principles and revenue cycle management is required
• Familiarity and understanding of HIPAA
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate prioritization and discipline
• Strong Excel and reporting skills required
• Must be organized, demonstrate strong attention to detail, exemplify professionalism, and be quality focused
• Experience with Zoho analytics or other business intelligence tools, preferred
• A determination to discover anomalies, understand how the small things impact financial performance and ability to interpret large scale data is suggested
