Senior Data Analyst

Compensation:

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 DOE

Profit Share: ~$25,000 to $35,000+

About this Role:

We are looking for a talented data analyst with a proven track record in analysis, reporting and data pipelines to be responsible for our end-to-end business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with BigQuery/Postgres utilizing SQL and will be able to write complex reports, create rich dashboards and visualizations, and clean/prepare data from multiple advertising/internal sources for use within our data lake. You must have experience in both data management as well as data analysis to be considered for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conversion optimization and/or lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data pipelines and coordinate ingestion of third party data.
• Clean, prepare and maintain internal/external data using DBT.
• Write and maintain complex reports in BigQuery/Postgres SQL.
• Build rich visualizations utilizing Tableau/Hex and manage user access.
• Analyze data to provide deep insights to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with decision makers across multiple departments.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred. Will consider relevant experience in-part. 
• Exceptional understanding of SQL (Postgres/BigQuery Dialects).
• Exceptional understanding of Data Management and can demonstrate best practices.
• Experience working with ETL platforms (Hevo/FiveTran/AirByte).
• Experience with cleaning and preparing data for analysis (DBT/Dataform/Python).
• Experience working with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Hex, or similar.
• Proven experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
