Position Overview

Our product team is growing, and we’re seeking an AI Product Manager who is curious and passionate about solving complex problems. Reporting into our Chief Product Officer, you'll join an experienced team in our Bay Area office and play a key role in advancing our AI initiatives forward. As an early-stage startup, this role is crucial to driving innovation and shaping the future of our AI strategy.

In this role, the AI PM will be responsible for designing and building our AI Agents Ecosystem to empower the commercial insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate domain expertise into digital knowledge by researching, shadowing, and interviewing internal and external insurance domain experts
• Design and execute the roadmap for our “AI Agents ecosystem” core offering
• Work with the R&D team, in particular the AI team - AI and prompt engineers - on bringing your vision to life

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in early-stage companies, specifically in B2B user needs discovery
• A builder mentality is key—more than prior industry experience, it's the eagerness to dive deep and fully grasp a new domain that truly matters
• Technical acumen and working with highly technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus: experience working on ML/AI products
• Bonus: prior experience in fintech, insuretch, or the financial services sector
