Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical trial accounting, including vendor contracts, accruals, and forecasting
• Partner with FP&A and Clinical Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Lead execution of clinical trial tracking systems (Auxilius) for real-time financial insights
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation for audits
• Analyze financial trends to improve budget accuracy and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial controls
• Support the annual audit and special projects as needed
• Drive process improvements and streamline accounting operations

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in clinical trial accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience with NetSuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and clinical trial tracking systems (Auxilius a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
