Role Description

This is a full-time on-site seasonal Customer Service role at Liberty Tax in Schenectady, NY. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing proper phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
