Scrum Master

Our innovative client is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join their team!

Location: This role is on-site in Cedar Park, Texas. Candidates need to be local to the Austin, TX area.

Pay: The salary range for this opportunity is $130,000 - $150,000 base salary

Here is what you will be doing:

• Conduct daily Scrum sessions for multiple software streams, ensuring alignment with the overall product timeline and effective integration.
• Take ownership of software delivery timelines, proactively addressing timing conflicts and challenges while maintaining key product objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for software technical issues, proactively resolving problems and addressing roadblocks.
• Continuously monitor project progress, provide updates, escalate risks, adjust priorities, and create contingency plans for high-risk milestones.
• Share timely and informative updates with program management and industrialization teams to ensure company-wide awareness of project status and risks.
• Streamline communication between the software engineering team and other departments, such as hardware engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrialization leads to develop and implement effective project management practices and best practices.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• 5-10 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Program Management role.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Lead or Program Manager in a small to midsized innovative environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner closely with various teams, including software engineering, hardware engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and administrative functions.
• Soft skills include: action-oriented, good communicator, innovative and problem-solving mindset
